Our Piping Cord Range Washable Piping Cord Our washable piping cord is our most popular, and is made from non-woven polypropylene. It is durable and does not shrink when washed, making it ideal for removable cushions.
It is available in sizes from 3mm to 12mm and is widely used within the furniture trade.
We can manufacture both firmer and softer versions, depending on the application.
Edge Roll Edge roll has similar properties to our washable piping cord but incorporates a sewn flanged edge.
The flange makes it particularly suitable for stapling the cord to a furniture framework.
Available in 12mm, 19mm and 25mm coils.
Paper Piping Cord Our paper piping is manufactured using 100% recycled paper.
Available in sizes from 4mm to 9mm, it provides a cheaper alternative to the washable cord.
Cotton Piping Cord Our cotton piping cord is twisted and wound onto 1kg spools.
Soft and flexible, it is particularly suited to applications such as cushions and upholstery.
We stock No.6 (3mm), No.8 (4mm), No.10 (5mm) and No.12 (6mm) in both natural and bleached cotton.
Braided Cotton Piping Braided cotton piping provides a smooth finish while remaining flexible enough to work easily during sewing.
It retains its shape once sewn and is available in 4mm and 5mm as standard.
